 Our
aim is to have your order posted out to you within three
to five working days. However in the majority of cases
we post within 48 hours of receiving your order
as we hold most items in stock ready for dispatch.
All our items are currently sent 1st class
via the Royal Mail. The majority of our items will
arrive within 48 hours of being posted, however we do
ask for you to allow at least 4 days.
Please
bear in mind, items sent 1st Class are not guaranteed to arrive the
next day, although many do.
If an
item has not arrived after 5 days we encourage you to
contact us so we can start following up the items. The royal mail will
only let us file for a lost item once 15 days have passed
since the item was posted. If an item fails to arrive
and the royal mail cannot trace the item it will be
resent, and we will make a claim via the royal mail. If
this occurs they may contact you to ask you a few
question about the first package.
If your
item arrives damaged you MUST contact us within
48 hours of receipt of your purchase so we can try to claim for
the damage. We endeavour to make sure items leave in
perfect condition.
Our
Shipping rate's are very easy to calculate and is based on
number of items purchased.
Some items may require special delivery charges, however
these will be specified within the item description and
BEFORE checkout.

Postage for the first item purchased is £1.25, each item
there after is an extra 50p.
1 Item = £1.25
2 Items = £1.75
3 Items = £2.25
4 Items = £2.75
5 Items = £3.25

All orders with a value of over £30.00* come with
FLAT RATE SHIPPING** Of £5.00
All European deliveries are
sent via 'international signed for delivery' for increased security.
EUROPEAN POSTAGE...
European Deliveries are
£4.00 for the first item then an extra 50p each item
thereafter.
