DELIVERIES...

 
Our aim is to have your order posted out to you within three to five working days. However in the majority of cases we post within 48 hours of receiving your order as we hold most items in stock ready for dispatch.

All our items are currently sent 1^st class via the Royal Mail. The majority of our items will arrive within 48 hours of being posted, however we do ask for you to allow at least 4 days.

Please bear in mind, items sent 1^st Class are not guaranteed to arrive the next day, although many do.

If an item has not arrived after 5 days we encourage you to contact us so we can start following up the items.

If your item arrives damaged you MUST contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase so we can try to claim for the damage. All items are checked and packed in protective packaging for safety and security.

Postage prices are based on total weight of all items ordered.

All orders weighing 4001g or more are charged at £8.55 + £2.80 for each additional 2000g or part thereof.
All Order weight over 1000g or have a value of £20 or more will have an additional 80p added for signed for delivery.
